Former Deputy Director for Defense Programs, Department of Energy. Led refurbishment of nine different nuclear weapon types at three national laboratories, four production plants and a national test site. Specialized in logistics and security management.

Former Deputy Director of Plans, U.S. Space Command. Developed plans, policy, strategy and requirements for space operations and ballistic missile defense.

Former Commander, 91st Space Wing, Air Force Space Command. Led operations, logistics, and security efforts for an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) unit.
