  • Long Range Planner: Built a 25-year resource allocation tool that connected near-term planning with far-term programming. Prioritized 175 programs requiring $62 billion.
  • Served on the Air Force Chief of Staff long-range planning Board of Directors and Secretary of Defense Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) senior steering group.
  • Experienced at wargaming. Organized Vulcan Forge, Air Force’s first technology war-games and directed development of first Air Force space-related war-games for employing space forces.
  • Served as Chief, Strategic Air Command Systems Office, Ogden Air Logistics Center. Supported ICBM Wing logistics requirements and provided inputs to all ICBM procurements and acquisitions.
